Lately finding myself eating KFC more often. Last year was torture to withhold KFC for one year. So I remove that ban this year. However found myself eating it around 2 weeks once. One of the reason why is because I love Zinger burger and they mutated the one in Kampung. So the one in Lion City still original. So I keep eating it. Think I wanna impose only 1 time KFC per month. Not so bad hor like that. At least get to eat 12 times a year.
Since Sunday, have been steadily exercising but think might be over doing it a bit. Left knee start to hurt when squatting.. yikes. Think I will maintain jogging at 10 rounds first for a couple of weeks. Might wanna try swimming in the morning too when there are less lane hogger.
Yesterday Mrs C tried to teach me water treading. I think it's harder than swimming. I swam 8 laps yesterday plus all that water treading attempt... no wonder I am sooo tired today.
I will try to google and see if I can learn anything. Tomorrow no exercise for me :)

lek loh! eat ais cream & KFC also. this year, yr keep fit plan must be failed. i gamble: if u lost 10kg at the end of yr, i treat u KFC. then u got 13 times to eat KFC (but i think is not 13 times, as u ate fortnightly, sh be 15 or 16 times lor)!
